newflux.blogspot.com is a favorite of mine. matthew also has a nice list of links to the side, but the tofu hut's links are amazing now - he's got everything.

Alright, let me break down my favorites:

http://www.newflux.blogspot.com/
Fluxbog. It's one of the originals. Mostly electro and electronic based pop. It used to be more interesting I think, more accesibly music. Posts some really weird shit, but it's still good.

http://tofuhut.blogspot.com/
The Tofu Hut. He basically has a theme every week or so. And pulls out totally hidden and unknown gems and stuff. Not really for everybody, but every once in a while he slips in things that are fantastic.

http://www.tangmonkey.com/blogs/music/
Said The Gramaphone. Another one of the originals and most popular. More accesible stuff. I often already know the songs that get posted (there's guest posters quite often, it seems) But it's still good.

http://teachingtheindiekidstodanceagain.blogspot.com/
Teaching the Indie Kids To Dance Again. Overall, I think this one fits most people on obner the best.

http://www.o-dub.com/soulsides/index.html
Rare soul and hip hop. He had a feature in Rolling Stone magazine about 3 issues back.

http://cocaineblunts.com/
Cocaine Blunts. More soul and hip hop. Sometimes lost gems, sometimes new stuff. Not updated everyday like a lot of them, but it's good.

http://copycommaright.blogspot.com/
Copy, Right? This is all covers. Pretty interesting.

http://sixeyes.blogspot.com/
The most updated one. Usually about like 5 times a day, it seems. Kinda crazy and chaotic, but I've found some really good stuff there. If there's any site that would get shut down, this would be the one. He often posts links to full albums and such.

Ok, there ya go. Those are the ones I go to most.

my favs are:

music for robots - they've always got go variety of stuff on there.

scissorkick is also good and gives a nice drop down list of all the artists currently available on the site.

there's also this funky one called stereogum - there's always some good mp3s interspersed in between various comments on current events

yeah, stereogum is actually the site I visit the most. But I hardly consider it an mp3 blog.

it might be more than a mp3 blog- but there's still at about 20 tunes available for download on the front page right now. you just have to skip through all the britney spears banter...
