Apparently, due to the storms we experienced earlier this week, my phone line (and those of a couple of neighbours) has taken a dive. Basically that means I have no online access at home for the next week or so. What will I do now?? I'll have to watch TV, venture outdoors...*gulp*...SOCIALIZE!!! :shock:

Anyway, it looks like I'll only be able to peep in while at work. Take notes for me while I'm gone.

Speaking of my chickens, one of 'em got attacked by a neighbourhood dog. Poor thing was so traumatized. Stupid dog took a chunk of her back feathers out and left her without a tail. She's ok now. Didn't he realize how old she is?? She's gotta be nearing 10 years old. (Yup, chickens can live a long time.)

So, I'm on what's gotta be the slowest connection of the world. Certainly, third world countries have faster connections than what I'm on. But, it's only temporary and appears to be feeding my internet fix for the time being. I'll pop in now and then.
