Well, the adjustment to living an insecure family life and the loneliness to ensue will be the hardest to overcome, but Bobbo, I have faith in you my man. You know we're here when you need to vent or just to pass the time. Sucks to hear it, but life WILL go on and you'll rediscover the Bob Bland you forgot you had in you. Don't be afraid to seek out psychotherapy if you think it might help during the re-adjustment. No shame in talking it out to a person charging you $150 - $200 to listen, but who may have coping strategies you hadn't considered on your own.

i can barely afford to go on a world tour of my subdivision right now

BUT, i would like to shoot for a couple of strategically-placed trips in 2011, if possible

Bobbo, as I've teetered on the brink of this for a few years, I can truly sympathize. Love fades. The things that we produced before that lost love are not to be left behind and are truly what matters.
