Sure. This is actually from the links that Jewels posted yesterday.

Holler if it's not working and I'll up it myself.

Also cheated and took in the first set. Crisp sound is right! Band's tight and loose.

Do these sets have an array of different songs each concert or are they city after city nearly the same with subtle differences? I can't imagine major differences tour stop to tour stop within a year like you can compare with Dick's picks span of time.

Hah, I just bought 100 Year Hall used last week. A mere chink in the armour.

It will be interesting see how the shows that make up this set sound when they're not chopped up.

yep, a good chunk of tunes from these first UK shows appear on "Steppin' Out...."; while "Hundred Year Hall" and "Rockin' the Rhein" were culled from the Germany shows.

i think i prefer hearing the songs in the context of the full set from each night. this is some good shit. sound is superb.

? for those who have downloaded more than this first show - is there a different .jpg associated with each night?

<<<artwork nerd.

Yes, as far as I can tell, they are all different.

Yeah, I was gonna bring that up. I'm digging the artwork for each show.

Haha, yeah that's the one so far I wanted on a tee. I might have to see if I can find a big enough jpg and make a diy tee. I've dl'd down to 4/17. Or buy some of that vinyl sticker print-at-home stuff and make a sticker for one of my sketchbooks or cases.

i listened to half of the first show, the sound quality is incredible and the songs are tight and purposeful.

Probably the most in the pocket I ever heard Pigpen, which is weird knowing how close to the end he was.

Did you try to actually download it?

Because yes, it will take me to the page, and then I get an error message when I try to download the link once I get to the page.

The German Shepard one is pretty sweet as well. I might try to pop that on a tee for my bro-in-law who is a deadhead, and has a GS.

Well, I'll use Dumpjack's folder. That way I know I can get it....and a jail sentence.

And yes, Rodney, this probably delves into that old urban legend deal of "if you eat acid more than 7 times the government can declare you legally insane" territory.

So I still don't really know how these threads work, but I've listened to the first disc of the 4/07 show like 20 times in the past week

The thread hasn't technically started yet. We're gonna do one show a week starting on Monday. Maybe some weeks we'll do two.
