I like everything posted so far (at least other than the small handful of ones Radcliffe posted that I'm not sure I've heard in their entirety):

I'm going to have to track this down.

I may actually have a version of Get Happy with bonus tracks that includes this, but I don't know.

I think all or most of the tracks were spread across recent reissues. It's probably in my top 3 EC albums though along with My Aim is True and Armed Forces.

Yeah, way too many to choose from this year. Could easily swap in The Jam, Stiff Little Fingers, The Damned, Joe Jackson, The Skids, Teardrop Explodes, Dead Kennedys...and the list goes on. That Vapors album is top-notch though, and it's on a single CD w/ the follow-up Magnets.

So many great albums posted, already: Motorhead, T. Heads, XTC, Soft Boys, X, Rockpile.
This is a fuck-all great year. I'll have to see if there is anything that I can post that hasn't been done already.
Great year for metal.

That Killing Joke and Feelies records are fantastic. It was hard not putting the later in my top 6.

Great album but it came out in '79. "More Specials" which is pretty good itself came out in '80.

Thx Billy, you are correct. I always wonder about some of the release dates I have tagged in my library.
