Yo!

I'm doing fine with my first kid in high school this year.

Apparently Phil and Jon are no longer friends. I have no idea what's up with that.

Been thinking about this place quite a bit lately! Weird.

Hope everyone is doing great. My wife and I live in Portland, OR now. Life is good. :-)

Hiya.

I now live outside San Francisco with my wife of four years and twin boys who will turn two next month (the boys that is, not my wife).

I work for the same company I worked for in Boston when I join CMJ in 2000 or 2001 (though I took that two year break for grad school in Chicago, as some of you may recall).

My kids have already begun to express music preferences ("Baby Shark," Row Row Your Boat") but have not yet voted in an album of the year poll.

I don't think I have seen an Obner in person since moving to the Bay Area in 2007, but I did speak to Haq on the phone (kinda sorta for work actually) 2-3 years ago.

EDIT: Just remembered I saw KPH a couple of times when he briefly lived in the Bay Area in approximately 2010.

Going on 18 years working at the same place.
I still play some music, and in a couple years, I'll leave my job to pursue that more seriously.

I died two years ago. It wasn't so bad once it happened. I can confirm that there is nothing after death - pure nothingness.

Moved from the SF Bay Area to Louisiana this summer.

New wife (2012)

New kid #1 (2015)

New kid #2 (last week!)

Left two bands in San Francisco on indefinite hiatus, haven't had time to scratch that itch yet here, but it's coming...
