When I need some background noise, or I'm writing, I'll turn on the old shitty 80s countdowns on SiriusXM.

Get ready for #content.

#38 is Paul Young. Did his best work with Mike + The Mechanics IMO.

#37. Borderline is pretty tight.

I've listened to a lot of these, and it feels like they sucker you in with like 3-4 good tracks from #40-30, then it's just the stickiest dog shit you can't get off your shoes until #6-7. The Top 5 is songs you remember, except one will be something you don't remember at all, and #1 or #2 is some song that should never been released, much less received massive airplay.

I keep holding out hope that one day Nina Blackwood is going to cough real hard, pee a little, then have a voice that sounds like Eliza Doolittle.

"Sister Christian" is unlistenable.

Alan, Mark & Nina, I'll use my first SKIP. #ripjj

I thought "Roundabout" was horrific, but now "Leave It" is an astounding new low for Yes.

"Let's Hear It For The Boy" slaps and is an all-time jam from my childhood.

Hey you guys are all reading “The Number Ones” on Stereogum, right? It’s the only reason I still get out of bed on Monday Wednesday and Friday.

As anyone who has seen Boogie Nights can attest, Sister Christian is great as long as you can find a smallish Asian young man to walk around your house in his underwear throwing firecrackers the whole time it plays. Then, it's fantastic. But yeah, otherwise horrific.
