In a nutshell it means all of the songs are legal to share! There's some great artists on the disc... David Byrne, Spoon, etc.

yeah. i got it the other day in the mail. pretty cool. and for most it's even legal to make money off stealing tracks from the songs.

the interviews are more interesting than the music on the cd IMO.
