Anyone else heard this? It's another Wu-affiliated project. I got it from a friend and am listening to it for the first time. Pretty good shit. So far don't like it as much as Masta Killa, but Gza and Killah Priest both guest on it, and I think a lot of the production is done by the Rza. If anyone's interested, I can clever cactus this. |

I was interested in this but a friend of mine unreccomended it, specifically pointing out that it wasn't that good, so I sort of lost interest. |

Did he/she say specifically why? I admit that I was listening to it in the background for the most part, but I thought it was really pretty good. |

Well is it better than the last one?? Because that was one awful album. Violent by Design on the other hand is stupendous. |

Yeah, he said the production was decent but the lyrics/MCs were subpar. Seems like that's the problem with every Babygrande release this year(ESoteric, Jean Grae(though she's good otherwise from what I heard, This Week doesn't do that much for me)), we all know Immortal Technique is going to change that though. |

It seems Wu-influenced at the very least. hey, i wasn't disagreeing with you, i was just surprised is all. i don't think that they are tech. affiliated, but i've noticed that over the years they've certainly gotten to sound more and more derrivative of the Wu. I didn't hear it much in their earlier stuff, but Violent by Design, sheesh...
