NBA 2K6 Soundtrack

I haven't heard of this until today, but the samples on allmusic sound really good! In fact, I'm off to pick it up right now. Looks like it has exclusive music from RJD2, Redman, Common and Ghostface.

What's going on here? I'm buying a soundtrack to a video game that I don't even own.

It's fucking annoying in the game. They play like the same 3 songs over and over.

Anyone know who also did the promo track they use on nba/tnt? mostly heard at fade-in. some say Takbir or Ryu. what's it called? Only caught some of the Lyrics:

you can't control what songs they play? that's lame.

You can, but it seems they play certain songs at default times. I got rid of a bunch of songs that weren't that bad, just overused.
