people are tight lipped around the hip-hop forum, bort

stuff I've liked this year so far:

El-P - I'll Sleep When Your Dead
Black Milk - Popular Demand
Percee P - Perseverance
Jeol Ortiz - The Brick: Bodega Chronicles
Marco Polo - Port Authority
Devin Tha Dude - Waiting To Inhale
Pharoahe Monch - Desire
Oh No - Dr. No's Oxperiment
Y Society - Travel At Your Own Pace
Aesop Rock - None Shall Pass
Chamillionaire
UGK
Crime Mob

There is some good stuff still to come this year also.

these are ones i heard and liked along with kanye west & jay-z. kanye's probably the only one to make my top 39 of the year though. year's been underwhelming in the rap/hip-hop dept imo.
