also, the Kano adv. album trks i have are pretty hot, especially Reload It. Definitely an interesting angle with an old school jungle influence.

i didn't know you lived in australia.

i guess that would give you a different perspective on hip hop. Living in a city I'm surrounded by it. The popular songs are blasted out of cars outside my window and as i walk down the street. Plus the people i DJ for keep me on my toes by always wanting the newest and hottest song.

the internet its cool. i wonder if things like Dip Set would have ever made it all the way over the other side of the world without it.

yeah when it comes to mainstream radio and clubbing scene we mostly get the pop rnb niggers (as rza put it?) and not much of a gritty southen hardcore sound in the radio if you know what i mean. also even most of the 'heads' are virtually around two to three years behind. i mean right now the most exciting things happening are in around production mostly catering to more hardcore rappers than anything, but ppl hang on to these backpacker notions of hiphop like its 1988' it makes me want to bash their tinheads in.

wouldda been much easier access over there i guess, but youre right the internet is keepin us alive!

the new edan and blueprint are sorrta cool tho.
