Let's do this for fun:

Whatever it is, it has to end with "Karn Evil 9" from ELP's Brain Salad Surgery

Others:
"You Done My Brain In" - Bonzo Bog Band
"I'm a Teenage Lobotomy" - The Ramones
"Hospital Food" - The Eels

More suggestions?

How about Bo Diddley's "Pills"? Take yr. pick of his version or the Dolls, but Rock N Roll Nurse'll go to your head :D

Nope, that's pretty much all you got room for -- those three songs, Karn Evil #9, and maybe one more.

Why not "Brain Salad Surgery" by ELP from Works Vol. 2 instead?

No mention of "brains," per se, but

Ramones-- I Wanna Be Sedated
Suicidal Tendancies-- Institution

might find late/middle placement in a brain surgery mix.
No?

While this mix will, most likely, never actually come into exiatance, I will submit another entry, just for fun:
Cypress Hill - "Insane In the Membrane"
