The Mice released For Almost Ever on Herb Jackson Records in 1986 and Scooter on St Valentine Records in 1987. Both were reissued by Scat Records on a single disc in 2004. (Tracks 1-4)

Bill Fox (with his backing group The Radio Flyers) released the album Shelter From The Smoke on Cherry Pop Records in 1997. Originally only 1000 copies were pressed, A year later spinART Records rereleased the album with additional material (Tracks 5-8). spinART also released Fox's second, and final album, Transit Byzantium in 1998 (Tracks 9-13).

To be concise, the RIYL for The Mice is early Guided By Voices, though I think the Mice are a tad spunkier. Bill Fox solo is RIYL early Bob Dylan (or any legendary "American singer/songwriter" from back in the olde days). Honestly, this is RIYL amazing music. Give it a listen!
