This is the Grand Rapids band? I had no idea they had made any kind of splash outside of west Michigan. I believe I still have an early EP of theirs, if you're interested in hearing it (and haven't already).

I did a bit of research and this is the same band I was thinking of, and they are from Grand Rapids. They put out a couple self-released EPs in the early '00s, and I do have one of them. Here it is, for those interested.
