The Stewart Brothers is Sly Stone (and his brother Fred)
Earth Girl Helen Brown is Sonny Smith (and Heidi Alexander)
Porcelain on Porcelain is Fucked Up

I completely forgot to, but my first idea was to call the mix Masks Off!, a dumb callback to The Shining

FU's last album is set in late 70s England in a fictional coal town.

While they were recording it, they decided they wanted to release the "soundtrack" of what the characters would've been listening to. First they were gonna get other bands to do it, but in the end decided to record it themselves. They recorded 11 tracks with some guest musicians (Damian only sings on one of the tracks), each as a different band and approaching a different first-wave punk sound.
