i'm compiling a mix for a person who hates me. they've always wanted a mix from me and, now that they loathe me, i think it's time that i come through with it. this is a person who has fucked me over financially and tried (sometimes succeeding to varying degrees) to push their will on how i live. i have a lot of ideas, but am looking for more suggestions.

drive like jehu - "do you compute?"
face to face - "debt"

those 2 will probably book-end the mix.

well, they've wanted one for years because all of our mutual friends have mixes from me. and i did make them one two years ago, but they got upset with me about two days after i finished it, so i never gave it to them. when they were over that, i had no idea where the mix was. and now they really dislike me. the problem is that we see each other regularly because we live in the same neighborhood, but that won't be the case soon.

Lambchop - "Your Fucking Sunny Day"
(I actually can't remember if the lyrics are mean, but it is a great song title)

Also, is there any romantic context to the dislike? That opens up a lot more songs, if so.

not at all. i think she actually finds me repulsive (and she's no looker), but we'd been good friends for a few years until the last few months. ah, growing up and being an adult...

"Unhappy Birthday" - The Smiths

I've come to wish you an unhappy birthday...
...because you're evil and you lie
and if you should die
I might feel slightly sad
but I won't cry.
