I've got a song called "Love Ya, Ilya" by Angela & the Fans on a British girl groups of the '60s collection somewhere. It actually scraped into the UK Top 40 back in 1966.

It's the English-language version of this.

The Detroit Cobras - My Baby Loves The Secret Agent

Pretty sure this is a cover version but I can't remember who did the original. The Detroit Cobras version at any rate is superfantastic.

I thought of this one on the way in to work today. The Yachts also covered this as the b-side to "Now I'm Spoken For" and it's better than the Cobras' version, if you can believe that.

Depeche Mode - Agent Orange
even though it's instrumental, it's totally spy-like.
