I dunno. If I gots time I might run up to Harold's for a pork sandwich and a cup of Brunswick Stew. I'm cold today even though it is warming up a little bit.

Suprise. She chose Chili's. :| I guess as far as chain resturants it could be worse.

It is really really good, healthy, and easy. This is the recipe that inspired my own: http://www.fatfree.com/recipes/tofu/tofu-loaf

Loafu ala Esh:

1 brick o' tofu (mashed with hands, fork, whateva)
2 medium onions (diced)
1 head o' broccoli (broken into bits, use just the leaves)
1 cup o' walnuts (broken down)
1/2 cup of rolled outs (for togetherness)
a bit of soy + black bean or other sauces (for colour and flavour)
some ginger or garlic powder
some pepper

Mix ingredients with hands in a bowl, press mix into a Pyrex dish or something, bake at 350 for an hour, let sit for 10 minutes after, serve. It's really good with some plum sauce.

So I'm not that hungry but I'm sure I'll be having...

I can't wait until the holidays are over so these people will stop bringing shit in that I like to eat.

Had a sub from Firehouse. Now I have heartburn. I don't really feel like eating again for the rest of the week.

Yeah, I got some killer heartburn from my first ever trip to the Firehouse a couple weeks ago. Pretty fucking meh sandwich as well. Is that chain just a southern thing or what?

I ended up with a plain chicken sandwich and tea from Wendy's. Nothing to scream about.

Damn sweet tea sounds really fucking good right now. Oh yeah, I live in a cold hell that doesn't know what that is.
