heya i've been posting now and then for a few months, but i figured i'd take the time for a formal introduction.

i'm a 29 yr old husband and father, member of a touring band, son of a band guy (jazz saxophonist), grandson of a band guy (country balladeer), getter of a degree in journalism, and constant traveller. i haven't posted here long enough to have much credibility in my post count, but i've been here long enough to know DaleN makes good mixes and the ppl on here seem a lot more mature than the hipinioners.

looking forward to more occasional posting...

Nice of you to give a proper intro. I've definitely noticed you around -- glad to have you with us. :)

I've missed out on a few introduction threads. I will start again with the welcomes with you, palerecorddivision...

Hi and welcome! It seems as though you know plenty.

And thanks for the formal intro!

You damn right, Lambchop.

I was actually at the '89 March Madness first-round victory over Pitt. Ranked in the top 25 + 9 seed = bullsheezy.
