So I started a hot sauce company. i really like hot sauce! i have a website!
Humor me and take a look!

I gave it the clever name, The HOT SAUCE Company. Starting off with two sauces (a Habanero Red & a Datil Pepper Spicy Ketchup).
I may use them all myself before I get to sell any!

http://www.thsco.com

:rockbanana:

A great review of my first two sauces

Holy hell, man. Awesome. I, too, enjoy a disproportionate amount of hot sauce.

Thank ya!

Followed in a buddy of mines footsteps...He started one about two years ago, and is almost at the point where he can quit his day job and focus on his HS full time....He's been on good morning america, and even started the first official NYC hot sauce festival in Brooklyn a few months back to great success.... www.highriversauces.com is his gig..... i'm telling ya now, his TEARS OF THE SUN, is wonderful!

My plan is to spend a lot of time setting up shop at local farmers markets on the weekends where people can actually taste the stuff. I don't anticipate tremendous mail order business in the beginning, but from what I am learning, people will purchase taste unseen....

It's fun, in-expensive, and hot!

I have a hard time making any kind of sandwich without sri racha or louisiana style hot sauce. Especially a grilled cheese.

I like hot sauce, but I am a horrible, trashy, ketchup lover and often pass up the hot stuff for ketchup (too lazy to mix), so I'm pretty excited about the spicy ketchup.

Hot sauce is a winter condiment for me. When it's butt-cold out, I like to put it in all my soups and chilies. Are you going to make a wing sauce too?

That's good......I am gonna bring that up to him....although, he has already picked out a name for his first sauce...but if it goes well, we plan to do a full line....if it ever happens, the first case of sauce if yours!

Nice Dov. If you can get your hands on some Yellowbird from Austin, it's delicious. It's definitely sriracha-ish but a lot hotter.

also, newby...
