earplugs

I'm talking the ones used by music professionals that supposedly filter out about 25dB without distorting the sound.. I talked to a sound guy at a show recently about the brand he uses, but I've totally forgotten what he said. Does anyone have any recommendations on what type to buy, and where to buy them?

No really. They're about $10-15 and you can get them at a Guitar Center/comparable spot.

I use them *all the time*. Well, not all the time, all the time.

Thanks guys. I think Etymotic is the brand he was referring to, but I'll check all of those out and see which ones work best for me.
