the last one sort of fizzled on me, and that EP was down right pathetic. Still I think each of the first two albums had moments. However, they have been far from amazing, but I do want to hear this.

I remember a big flame war errupting on CMJ over some guy posting about The Coral being #1 on the UK chart while some rapper was #1 here in the states, thus a reflection of America's shitty taste.....something like that.

Geoff Burrows and Adrian Hutley (Portishead) produced this album. Why I got mildy intrigued about this one. Did it make a difference sound wise?

actually, not much. they've kept with the upbeat, sunny vibes, and the songs are better than i'd expected. the production is clean and tight as well.
