as has come to be my understanding, fundamentalist christians believe that they have an american right to NOT be offended.

[personal rant] (as a side note, i received an e-mail from my fundamentalist christian mother this morning and she could not understand why laws exist to protect "gays and homosexuals" and why there were "minority rights" but christians didnt have any rights in america.......yeah, no shit--she can not understand that some minority groups in america actually have to have legislation passed to protect them from people LIKE HER) [/personal rant]

Oh, by the way, A.J., the Bible doesn't teach that Jesus "has a place" for sinners. It teaches that those who don't accept Christ will spend the afterlife apart from him. Rather a large semantic difference there and one that hinges on the choice of the individual, not on God "sending" a person to "hell."

(plus there's the passages where "hell and the devil's angels" are "cast into The Lake Of Fire" after the Judgement -- that Lake being commonly taught in Biblical times as being a place of annihilation, not of eternal suffering`. Oh, then there's the misunderstanding of how "eternal" and "forever" get translated, considering the original texts meant "until it isn't" or "until it is no longer needed" blah blah dogmatic exposition blah)

I can't believe that someone would send such garbage out...this post makes no sense whatsoever, and what in the world is an IPOD!!!!!!??????? I have a song for you...how about "Amazing Graze" (sic) or "The Old Rugged Cross" there are so many songs that you should list in your "Post" that tell who he is and what he is all about...instead of this garbage that you have posted that makes no sense whatsoever...

This made my morning. Do you guys think "Amazing Graze" points this person out as conflicted between Christianity and Hinduism?
