So, I'm the #2 person on our team at work and my boss usually has me handle things when our staff are having issues with anything external. Two of our team members have had horrible weeks with customers, potentially losing one. I'm usually Mr. Positive, but I had to kind of lay it on the line, "go back & salvage it , or write a report on why it's gone FUBAR".

People are actually acting afraid of me today (knocking on my door before they barge in here, asking before they take a diet coke out of my little fridge etc.)

Not getting power hungry, but I could get used to this.

This is kinda like that time on "NewsRadio" when Matthew punched Bill in the nose :
