They showed some interesting footage from the BBC Broadcast "Town Hall" style question period with Tony Blair. Wow. This was no carefully orchestrated and scripted event like the U.S. versions. The audience really layed into him. He was sweating like a pig. The Daily Show compared it with footage from the U.S. one.... hilarious.

yeah i saw it. that's something that i would LOVE to see implemented here, not just in this administration but in ALL of them.

It seems to reflect in the cultures too. Brits seem so much more blunt & direct & willying to be critical. I've met a few Brits just like Simon Cowell
