She is still HOTTER THAN HELL.

Women who can pull-off that bald look and still look hot:
•Natalie Portman (see above)
•Sinéad O'Connor
•Kirstie Alley (think back to the 2nd Star Trek movie, before she gained weight, of course... HOT!!!0

The key is the eyes.
Any woman with beautiful eyes can pull that off.

I don't understand Natalie Portman's appeal at all. She's a fine actress, but what else? I do not know.

I wouldn't say "hot," either - I'd simply say "beautiful." "Hot" can get kind of boring after awhile, and typically doesn't age well. Women who are just plain beautiful tend to stay that way.
