Yankees v Redsox series start tomorrow

Incidentally, did all those redsox fans who were talking smack just a month ago notice that the Yankees just passed the Redsox in the standings today.

And that bum A-Rod looks like an early season favorite for MVP, leading the Majors in both HR and RBI.

And Kevin Brown who was supposedly completely through has won his last four games, evening his record

And Mariano hasn't blown a save since his first two blown saves in the beginning of the year

Thrillhouse has been awfully quiet lately :lol:

I've been in LA for 10 years. I grew up in NJ as a kid and have been a yankee fan for almost 30 years.

I'll reserve my comments for october....

but i do kind of chuckle with all the loudmouths who talked smack the first week of May, like the season was already done....

anything can still happen, but did anyone really think they Yanks were gonna play 11-19 baseball this whole season?
