Spud's winning. What does that say?

Yeah, chicago is unwatchable.

whoever voted for Kobe probably did it for the wrong kind of "slammed the ball into the basket" activity...

Yeah that would be me. I would've voted for Nance if available but voted for Kobe because the around the back between the legs dunk was pretty damn cool (even if Orlando Woolridge had already done it). I also know that just about everybody here hates the Lakers and I didn't think he would get a vote.

I also 2nd the T. Stansbury nod...he was an awesome dunker.

Is the poll over? Did I miss out? I can only view results and not actually vote.

My vote goes to Spud. Somebody made the point that that was a time people cared about the Dunk Contest. When you'd get big names like Jordan and Nique in it and Bird would be in the 3 pt. contest with Mark Price and other all stars. Now I've gotta endure 19 yr. high schoolers who get no playing time but a shoe contract cuz they were in the Slam Dunk Contest.

the Ceballos blindfold was better.

And no one is talking about JR Rider.

Never saw it. Just something about Dee's dunk stuck with me for years

Cedric's dunk really wasn't cool. It was lame.

Best dunk champion ever?

The old Hornets mascot.

You know who else was dope? Gerald Wilkins. Nique's brother. I have a tape of some dunk contests somewhere in the garage, I'm gonna go look for it later.
