My old one was a D-Link, worked fine for a year+ but you know, I'm open for change if I can find a better product.....

I have a Linksys wireless one. I don't know the exact model number but it's one w/ a 4 port hub in addition to the wireless. works fine

The lightning was incredible yesterday. I shut everything down. I was in the middle of mowing the lawn with the iPod cranking. I didn't hear the approaching thunder and then nearly shit my pants when lightning struck very nearby. Cindy came outside laughing her ass off after she saw me run past the window pushing the lawnmower.

Yeah, I gone over to a buddy's house right when the storm hit so i couldnt shut anything down. Jesus, that lightning was right on top of us. Flashed so close that it temporarily blinded me like a camera flashbulb.

Coulda been worse. Computer, stereo, big screen, all spared. It didnt even get the router. Just the modem.
