Yeah, I wanna hear that Nate Dogg cover. A friend of mine was telling me about it. I was kinda hoping it would be a cover of "Regulate", though.

I dig the Get Up song, Take Ecstascy With Me is a bit too progressive for my own taste... but it's still good stuff.

i heard their magnetic fields cover on the radio last night. i could hear the guy shuffling papers while he looked for its title ("take ecstacy with me"). and this was a real station, not some community one that lets anyone do a show.

the song was pretty good, i guess.

I really like the Nate Dogg cover... I didn't like Nic's Stephen Merritt impersonation on the former, though...

Plus, is it just me, or do !!! and Outhud seem to be slowly meeting each other at some sort of middle ground? I mean, no upswings/builds/big chorus on either of the 2 songs, very little non-electronic percussion (tabla, etc.), and no horns to boot...

I was at Reckless and saw the 12" but for some reason passed on it. I didn't see anything else and I didn't want to debit five bucks. If I'm back there soon I'll pick it up.
