i agree. actually i keep listening to new porno abums and i don't like this one any more than i like any of the others, which is to say not very much, although i like newman, case and bejar's solo things quite a bit.

To me, this sounds more like a "what happens when Newman, Bejar and Case get together in the studio" than a fresh, new group, which is what electric version felt like. Maybe its just being much more familiar with each one's other projects. WIth that, I still like it, but it doesnt touch EV, yet. That disc is at least in my top 5 power pop records of all time.

i thought the artwork to electric version was just as bad.
