what movie am i thinking of?

ok. my details are sketchy at best....

but i recall seeing a movie in 1990 or so about a group of skateboarders.
i recall them skating in a pool in the bag yard of a house with a big tree.

i 'think' sonic youth was on the soundtrack and maybe even in the movie??? or maybe not???

ha ha. help? anyone?
do you have any clue what i'm talking about?

(if you can tell me what movie this is....i'll be your best friend forever!)

i watched the trailer on imdb.
and i think it's possible that this is it.
but i can't tell. i'm going to need to rent it.
