Even if not fully legal, prolly still in Mark Clark's ballpark. Say she's sixteen, seventeen -- she cannot licitly engage in sexual relations with the Senator, given he's a full-decade older than mid-teens (and even if he is a Godly man-o'-the-cloth), but a kid just out of high-school, but himself an adult?
