I'm one of those crotchety old people that doesn't like to hear the neighborhood kids blowing off fireworks til 3 am either... it's legal in Oregon.

I thought Seattle put on a good show, one of the best I've seen in quite a while, then again I grew up in podunk, Michigan. Grandmother type with old radio on her lap blasting Blitzkreig Bop = priceless. The dumbass setting off tiny mortar/roman candle things in the middle of the street while cars and a motorcycle cop rode through was also nice.

Bottle rockets in a pool = good time, nevermind the permanent black marks they leave.
