Not to mention, Riviera will be here during the CMJ fest. And I've heard that another popular Obner band will be in NY this coming Fall but I'm not tellin'. ;)

I wish...I wouldn't mind a spoonful of what he's serving right about now. Oh well...good things come to those who wait.

I see, even a carjacking attempt hasn't put a downer on your sense of humor...;) are all Atlanta boys this resilient?

NYC is always going off, as evidenced by my consecutive trips the last two weekends. This past was the insanest having seen as many bands as I did and still missing Khanate, Ben Chasny and most of the Coachwhips.

Is Les Savy Fav planning on playing any other shows before they officially bow out, or is NYC their last?

They haven't actually broken up yet... Pitchfork just claimed that they're "nearing the end of their life cycle"
regardless, if they are on their way out i intend to not miss any of their remaining shows that are in my neighborhood, cause I can't think of any other live act right now that's even close to the show they put on. :rawk:

Here's hoping they play London then. Inches gets better with every listen.

What? I could have sworn that they broke up officially months ago, with a few final shows planned. Either way, I really hope they play in DC before they call it quits, because I will definitely not be missing that show.
