See if it's accurate on your end....

Not for me. I usually get my films in less than 2/3 days, and from what I can tell, have never been held up.

My turnaround was always 2 days total. It was awesome. I may re-up soon.

If I get it in the mail by Wednesday, I have a new one on Friday, most of the time.

Your turnaround time will be more than 1 week. You have exceeded our secret limit. We are currently denying we have received your rentals by 2 days and delaying shipping your rentals by 1 day. Next billing cycle we will deny receiving your rentals by 4 days and delay shipping by 2 days.

I used to get them in like 2 days but lately it's been more like 3 days. The only problem I had was when I mailed 2 back at the same time and one didn't show up as received until a week later.

I actually went to the KC distribution center a couple of weeks ago, lookin' for a job.

It was about the most makeshift lookin' operation I've ever seen. lol.

Every time we mail one out, a newby is there 2 days later, and we go through 3 or 4 a week at least. No complaints.

Just about every time I send all 3 dvds back at once. Netflix will inform me that they received 2 of them ( I get a response from them anywhere from 2 maybe 3 days after that they received the 3rd). The first couple of times, I let it go, afterwards, I started to get pissed and emailed them. I just the same ol' bullshit response with no anwser.

I tried something different.

I mailed back all 3 dvds again, and once again, they informed me that they received 2 dvds...not all of them. I reported a disc problem for the 3rd disc. I advised that I mailed it over 6 days ago. Sure enough, they sent me a new dvd that day.

I now do it every time this happens.

I have emailed them 3 times regarding this and have NEVER gotten an anwser from them.

Perhaps the secret is mailing one a day, if possible. I wonder if that's what does it?

It was in the middle of an industrial park, in a very "strip mall" lookin' building. The walls weren't "finished" - but they'd tacked up movie posters all around. And the workstations were these little cheapie computer desks. The wires & cables that came out of the PC's weren't hidden at all - they were all over the floors & going up into the ceiling. The whole operation looked like it took about 10 minutes to throw together.

When I walked in, I guy I assume was the Manager was right on top of me immediately. I was told they got all their workers from temp agencies, & then he practically shoved me out the door. It was pretty funny.

I'm a little annoyed by Netflix. Since I was planning on spending the weekend in Pennsylvania (I thought it'd be nice to spend some time relaxing with family and watch some movies), I made sure to send all 3 DVDs back by the Monday prior to my getaway weekend. I thought that's enough time to get my new DVDs by Friday. I was scheduled to leave Friday evening. Well, Friday came and no DVDs. We were forced to go to Blockbuster that weekend when I have a perfectly fine Netflix account. It turns out the DVDs arrived on Saturday. Oh well...

I love my Netflix experience overall but they're very inconsistent.
