to Creative. I recently bought a Creative Nomad 40G player. The notebook I bought had iTunes loaded on it so I loaded about 55 albums on the harddrive. Is the there a way I can export my iTunes library to the Creative software? I tried a few differnt things last night with no sucess. Have any of you had any sucess export libraries between different MP3 players?

I forget - can you see the contents of your IPOD as a drive?

If so, then while I've never tried it between non-Creative products -it stands to reason that if you use the Media Source Software to see your IPOD as a drive and then the Nomad as the destination location - you should be able to select what you want and transfer it from there.

On a side note we transferred about 15 gigs of songs from my firewire Nomad Jukebox 3 to my wife's Nomad Zen Xtra USB 2.0 in just over an hour when we bought hers a year and a half ago.

The problem with this that the files on the ipod are all gibberish and the other player might not recognize them.
