Looks good so far Bill. I assume you had the first pick in your draft. How many in the league?

I'm psyched---our money league drafts this coming Saturday. I've got the 9th pick in a 12 team serp draft.

Depending on how many teams are in your league i'm not really feeling that team.

There should have been way better receivers than Moulds and Coles in the early third and late fourth rounds. Collins could be good.....probably worthy of a 5th round.

My first 6 picks in my $100 16 team league last weekend was

#9 pick

D. McAllister
C. Portis
H. Ward
J. Porter
J. Delhomme
J. Shockey

Keep in mind it's a 16 team league. I got Lee Evans and Santana Moss in the 9th and 10th rounds.

It's a 12 team league, and I picked first. Receivers started to go early, go figure.

Through round 7:

add:

Santana Moss
Jerry Porter

I think Collins has a career year this year, with Moss and Porter.

My sleeper if he lasts:

Chris Cooley, because I can start him as a running back for bye weeks.

Also depends a lot on how valued WRs are in the league---maybe they're required to start 3 or 4 WRs, or get a point per reception. The top tiers guys may have been off the board by then. WRs are a crapshoot anyway. You can always pick a decent one off waivers.

I'm not so sure about you taking Shockey in the 6th round, though. ;)

He could have got way better value with his 3 and 4 picks. Those guys are 2nd or 3rd tier fantasy receivers. He could have got them later.

add:

Cooley
Leftwich

I think Moulds and Coles will be solid. I think Loseman's gonna have a decent year, to Mould's benefit, and I think Coles and Pennington will be a dynamite combo.
