The Whistler bike park is great. And if you're ever in this neck of the woods, try to check out some of the "secret" trails in the North Shore mountains - they're facking insane.

I used to be big into single track, but in my mid 30s I destroyed my right sacro-iliac joint. Took me almost a year to be able to run again, then decided to stick to safer pursuits like hockey and skiing.

That was fun. I caught myself leaning over when he missed the wooden planked bridge thingy. And my stomache psychically dropped out during a couple of those jumps. I can't even begin to imagine what a thrill it would be in real life.
