Maybe he genuinely prefers Chevy trucks and doesn't mind endorsing a product he believes in.

... or maybe he's selling out, which would be sad.

Selling out is a concept for 14 year olds and rappers.

Dude probably still needs money for his 8 wives and smack charges.

yeah, but that song? a song that he genuinely touted as his political wake-up call? it' not that i'm pissed about him licensing the song (i mean, i doubt he's exactly rich, and it's not like he's gonna buy a hummer with it), but seriously use a song that wasn't supposed to actually contain a message, y'know?

it would be awesome if he went on Larry King and defended his actions. "It's just that Chevy's are much sweeter trucks, you know what i mean, Lar"?

Agreed Cotton, he should have written a song about trucks to sell trucks.

I woulda tried to pitch em Cocaine Can't Kill My Pain, or Christmas in Washinton.

Thing is, you know this came about because the ad exec heard and liked the song, and threw a bunch of money at him, not the other way around.

This is America, EVERYTHING HAS A PRICE

Maybe now he will get back into writing real songs about people and life rather than the piece of shit political garbage he's been ejaculating for the past few years.

Of course, it might be a ploy to get his lefty political message into the mainstream... which is exactly the sly, underhanded move Loog has been bitching the Dems don't do enough of.
