if you're not set on the cd, it's at emusic. trial version = free. if you subscribe, it'll cost ya a big $1.61

Explain Emusic to me, please. When they say you have X downloads per month, are they talking songs or albums? I ask because you say the "disc" there is $1.61, but there's 7 songs, right? So songs are like 7.5 cents each or something? Color me confused (and I can't check the site right now because it's blocked at work.)

There are a few subscription plans available at eMusic, but the main ones give you either 40 SONGS each month ($9.99), 65 SONGS each month ($14.99) or 90 SONGS each month ($14.99). So, depending on your plan, songs are about $.20-$.25. Unlike iTunes, there is no protection (DRM) on the files, so you can do whatever the hell you want with them with no restrictions. Also, unlike iTunes, they're not encoded at a shitty bitrate that sounds terrible (in fact, they sound good). Because you pay by the song, there are no discounts when you download a whole album.

Note to anyone else:
If you download an album from iTunes that you know is available at eMusic, you are retarded. If you download anything other than iTunes exclusives at iTunes, you are retarded. Other than the bigger selection available at iTunes, eMusic is vastly superior in every way.

I love emusic. I have their year plan (90 tracks a month = 1080 total) for something like $170.

I agree that Sixteen, Maybe Less is the best song on this album. But they're all rather good.
