Hmmm.
I'm sure you all know that Postcard era Orange Juice are probably my favourite band of all time so it's with interest that I notice that 185 West Princes Street, the flat Orange Juice ran the Postcard label from (Aztec Camera, The Go-Betweens, Josef K) is available for let.
It's £270 a month and would be shared with one other guy - none other than Alan Horne, co-founder of Postcard and Orange Juice sven-gali. It's a little out my price range but not so much so that it's impossible.
Could I play my Orange Juice records if I moved in? Is Alan Horne as devilish in real life as the rock n' roll scrolls suggest? Could I resist fawning uncontrolably if James Kirk came round for tea and sandwichs? And then there's perhaps the most pertinent question - how do I feed myself if I'm paying £270 a month?
It's a situation that certainly begs many questions.
Hmmm.
