yeah, seriously. even my high school had blocking software. we were one of those schools that was blocked from astronomical websites because of the rampant usage of "naked eye" in relation to what we could see in the solar system. though, i don't think it's too difficult to turn that off.

I think most libraries shade toward the "freedom of information and speech" side of things.
