I'm seeing these fucked up screens, in weird capital font, in blueish print:

I can switch between the two by clicking the fucking centre pad, but I can't navigate within them individually. The 65 seems to vary. It's a 58 now. Motherfucker.

Looks like a software error, hopefully not one indicating a hardware error. Try a restore, if it's not too much trouble to put your music back on.

I have never seen that on mine.

My Ipod's screen currently shows nothing. The screen just simply isn't working. The backlight works, it plays, but I can't see anything but blank screen. GAAAAH!!! It's done this before and I let the battery die and it started working again. Who knows.

Do you still recommened Italy as a destination or is it all about Paris now?

Haq: Is there anything special I have to do for a restore? Just basically delete and reupload? I need to do a major inventory anyway. But I'm thinking that I restore is going to be rather hard to manage when the fucking thing isn't actually working.

Derris: I'll have to set up some pictures when I have more time. Work has picked up right where I left it. I do recommend Italy definitely. Being in highly touristed cities as a lone traveler wore on me after a while, but I came upon some excellent places. I would suggest focusing your travels on more of the countryside there, making sure to hit Rome and Venice. Florence was good, but a bit much. I loved Paris.

You use the ipod updater software for a restore - it wipes out the operating system and reloads it.

Oh, Haq, I know nothing about this software. I should read the manual maybe.
