Virginia Tech is leading 7-0 early on against those Terps in the Black jerseys. Marcus Vick is the major difference in the game. There have been technical difficulties on ESPN and Tech is now in scoring position again.
The Terps Defense has been playing fairly well, and have kept them in the game.

Minus the late touchdown by Maryland, that second half was real ugly. I have to give a bunch of credit to the Terps, they definitely played great for the first half and picked off Marcus Vick enough time to show Boston College and Miami they have an excellent shot at victory.

I mentioned the problem earlier in another football thread. After seeing Maryland/Navy, it was pretty obvious the Terps really don't have the horses to run with Virginia Tech, Miami & Florida State. They aren't bad, but they aren't top shelf either. D'Qwell Jackson is a stud, and Hollenback looks like a QB though there is still room for improvement.

The scary part? TE Vernon Davis is more physically imposing in person than he appeared on tv last night. We were sitting about even with the goal line, about 100 feet or so away, and you could see the definition in his arms from there. His deltoids look like cannonballs. It's unreal.
