this is one of many amazing tracks unearthed by shadow and cut chemist on brainfreeze. precious little information about the man or the track (allmusic is silent), but we do know it was released in 1972, and was released on 45 only.
this track is sweaty, gritty, and (unintentionally?) hilarious. sugar billy has got himself a set of pipes that he uses to full effect on top of some organ and dirty sounding drums, all in an effort to gloat about getting some action. he's just unbelievably enthusiastic, and wants to tell the world (i.e. after making it clear the he did indeed get some, he screams "let me tell you bout it!") add in a reverbed-out female voice telling you to just kick back and relax, and you've got yourself one manifestly awesome slab of funk. enjoy.
