I had the unfortunate experience of having to endure last night's game at the bar with some old Aussie fucker who talked shit about "American baseball" and compared it to cricket all night. This same guy felt it necessary to claim he could have any pussy he wanted in the whole place (his words).

The one conversation the whole night that strayed from the previous two subjects concerned Johnny Cash after seeing the preview for Walk the Line. Bunch of us fellas start talking about how awesome Johnny Cash is, etc. Then the Aussie guy started going off on KK and how incredibly awesome he is/was and how he could blow anybody else away.

So to make a long story short....no, I know one other guy.

Did you tell the guy he should really consider killing himself?

I do like Cash's version of KK's best song, tho. And they were homeboys as well.,

I'm a fan of KK. In fact if you are a member of the Highwaymen, I love you. Have you ever seen the doc on them. They show it on CMT sometimes. I fucking love the part when KK is singing some hippy song that he wrote, and Waylon is just looking at him with this "here goes Kris 's faggoty crap again." But it so obvious how much they respect each other as original mongers that it doesn't matter.

I saw that Highwaymen doc too. The song KK is singing was about Sinead O'Conner. My favorite part is when Johnny and Waylon Jennings are talking about when they lived together and were addicted to pills at the same time.

Johnny: "I hid my pills in the mattress. Where d'you hide yours."
Waylon: "The freezer and the air conditioner."
Johnny: "I hid mine in the air conditioner too. Shit."
