wow - this is literally on the 11 o'clock news right now as I read this post. That, my friends, is respect from the universe. A multi-media moment of silence, if you will. With fancy graphics.

RIP Rosa.

I don't know if I'm ready to call her a hero but she definitely was a lightning rod for the civil rights movement and got that ball rolling. I think if she didn't do it someone would have eventually. She gets credit for being the first though and for that I guess she was a hero for the movement.

She gets big ups from me for being tired and sitting where she damn well wanted and to hell with the consequences. Fuck them crackers.

Damn the man.

Tired of putting up with this shit. Apparently the same driver did the same shit to her when she tried to register to vote, only this day she wasn't having it.

I was in Montgomery yesterday, kinda weird to think I live and work where tons of this shit went down. Also, I didn't know KING was only 27 when he called for the bus boycott. Dude might still be alive if it weren;t for Yail Bloo....er James Earl Ray.

FBI begins looking for mysterious Yail Bloo character...

Seems there's talk that she's refusing to lie down in the washington retunda. i say, hooray for her! -- there's no stopping the civil rights movement.
