Great choice. I actually gained a higher appreciation for this song after hearing Phish cover it. Sexy Sadie as well; it sucks that there are a ton of Beatles songs never played live.

I'm changing my Beatles choice to "Baby You're a Rich Man BTW. Another song I gained a higher appreciation of after seeing it covered (by the Fuzzy Sprouts)

I really don't know. I wouldn't even attempt this if I wasn't trying to kill time.

The Beatles: "Something"
Rolling Stones: "Torn and Frayed"
Kinks: this is the toughest one for me, maybe "Waterloo Sunset"
Beach Boys: "Good Vibrations"
The Byrds: I only know Sweatheart so... "You Ain't Going Nowhere" even though it's really a Dylan song
